Ignition is Collective Ambition’s consultancy model for businesses that need clearer direction, stronger execution, and the right senior support to move faster.   • Blueprint is the discovery phase. We work with leadership teams to define the ambition, align around what success looks like, and identify the barriers slowing progress. Through focused workshops, we build the commercial case for action and define the priority projects that will unlock value.

  • Engine is where the agreed projects move into delivery. Over a focused three to six month period, we build the strategies, systems, assets, and programmes needed to move the business forward. That might include brand strategy, proposition development, go-to-market planning, HubSpot and CRM setup, ABM programmes, pre-sales assets, campaign infrastructure, or communications delivery.

  • Accelerator is where we embed experienced specialists into the business in fractional roles to maintain pace, strengthen internal capability, and keep the roadmap moving after the core build phase. It gives clients senior brand, commercial, marketing, and creative support close to the work, where it can create the most value.
